Two Lady Lions on All-Area 4-A team

Christian Heritage School volleyball standouts Savannah Roberson and Jessica Seehorn demonstrated their talent for the Lady Lions throughout this season, which ended with the program’s first appearance in the Georgia High School Association state playoffs.

Now the two seniors are enjoying the accolades that follow such a season.

Roberson, a middle blocker/outside hitter, and Seehorn, a setter, were among the dozen players selected to the All-Area 4-A team by the leagues coaches.

The Lady Lions (19-10) finished fourth in Area 4-A this season, their second in the GHSA after competing in the Georgia Independent School Association the past five seasons. Christian Heritage lost in the opening round of the Class A state playoffs to eventual champion Holy Innocents’.

Seehorn finished the season with 622 assists, 167 kills, 73 aces and 72 digs. Roberson had 386 kills and 42 aces.
