Dade County's Bell joins Roadrunners

Clynt Bell, who played for Dade County High School in Trenton, will be the newest addition to the Dalton State College men’s basketball team.

Coach Tony Ingle signed Bell on May 8 at Dade County with his family there to support him. The 5-foot-10-inch shooting guard shot 40.1 percent behind the 3-point line and 78.8 percent at the free-throw line. Bell averaged 28.5 points per game.

“We are very excited to have Clynt as our newest Roadrunner and expect him to have a successful career here for four years,” Ingle said. “Clynt is an excellent 3-point shooter and a very tenacious defensive player.”
