Dolphins look toward rematch following win

The Dalton Dolphins won their third consecutive meet in the 2013 Chattanooga Area Swim League on Monday with a 426-331 victory against the Fairyland Flash.

Leading the Dolphins (5-1) with the maximum 19 points were Hannah Smith, Henry Bethel, Jonathan Shaheen, Raul Valdez and Ethan Young.

Additional double-digit scorers for the Dolphins were: Nicole Seltz and Roman Valdez with 17; Alexis Vaughn, Reece Bingham, Jacob Queen, Emilio Valdez, Alex Mashburn and Taylor Mathis with 15; Hollie Porter with 14; Abby O’Ferrall and Julian Hernandez with 13; Will Haley and Ethan Pence with 12; Lindsey Mulkey with 11; and Patrick Calderon and Alan Trejo with 10.

The next meet will be next Monday at home versus rival Signal Mountain, who delivered the Dolphins’ only loss of the season back on June 13.
