Love leads the way for Lions

Nasir Love scored 25 points to lead Christian Heritage’s middle school varsity boys basketball team to a 47-43 win at home against Chattanooga’s Lookout Valley on Tuesday.

Christian Koneman added 16 points and eight rebounds for the Lions.

New Hope eighth-grade girls 40, North Whitfield 8: Holly Heath led with 14 points and Maggie Linder chipped in eight as the Lady Kodiaks remained undefeated through five games with Monday’s home win.

Bagley eighth-grade girls 46, Eastbrook 11: Shelby Satterfield had 11 points and Savanah Satterfield finished with 10 as the Lady Braves (4-1) won at home on Monday.
