• Gladden (2-1) split a double dual at home on Tuesday, beating Gordon County’s Ashworth 67-15 but losing 44-32 to Eastbrook.

Winners for the Warriors against Ashsworth were David Bautista (72 pounds), John Dooley (78), Tre Roper (94), Neal Henry (100), Ethan Carol (108), Mason Floyd (115), David Bautista (123), Cody Burke (154), Dakota Haynes (165), Christian Perez (180), John Garcia (220) and Austin Leon (285).

All of those wins were by pin except for Carol’s win by major decision and Leon’s win by decision.

Gladden’s winners against Eastbrook were Bautista (72), Bautista (123), Burke (154), Haynes (165), Perez (180), Garcia (220) and Leon (285). Haynes, Garcia and Leon won by pin, with Perez winning by technical fall and the other victories coming by decision.

Eastbrook did not report results by The Daily Citizen’s deadline.
