While Dallemand’s annual base pay remains the same, at $198,000 a year, the board approved some extra benefits. Dallemand will receive $70,000 for every year of service to the district when his contract expires or the contract is terminated by either party without cause.
Other perks include a $1 million life insurance policy, at least 25 days of vacation a year and an $800 monthly car allowance, double his current allowance.
