Associated Press

MARIETTA — Leaders of a Georgia gun rights advocacy group say they’re planning to raffle off two rifles in the name of public safety.

Executive Director of Georgia Gun Owners Patrick Parsons told WGCL-TV ( ) that his group wants to put more automatic weapons in the hands of Georgians who want to “protect their life, liberty and property from the actions of criminals and thugs.”
