“Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Challenge” debuts at 9 p.m. on July 6 on CMT.
“The brain-child of wrestling icon Steve Austin, the 10-episode series pits elite athletes against everyday men and women in the ultimate test of strength, stamina and wit,” according to a CMT press release. “Each episode features eight contestants in head-to-head battles, until the last man or woman standing earns the right to take on the toughest obstacle course in America created by Austin himself, the ‘Skullbuster,’ for a chance to win cash.”
The Local Corner: Renegade Championship Wrestling is at 8 p.m. Saturdays at 806 Second Ave. in Chatsworth.
Southern Style Pro Wrestling is at 8 p.m. Saturdays at 4484 Highway 411 N., next to Eton Flea Market near the Ferris wheel. Admission is $5 for ages 13 and older and free for children 12 and younger.
