Rampage add to roster

The Georgia Rampage aren’t settling for their current roster, adding a former NFL prospect to the lineup.

The team signed defensive end Byron Stewart Jr., who was signed last summer by the Dallas Cowboys but was released after training camp.

Stewart will be a pass rush specialist for the Rampage, who lost 44-43 in their first game of the season Monday against the Alabama Outlawz. The Rampage compete in the new X-League and play their next game March 30 on the road against the St. Louis Attack. The Rampage will play at home April 3 against the Florida Marine Raiders.
