Soccer and food on 'After Deadline’ agenda

This week on “After Deadline,” The Daily Citizen sports writers Devin Golden and Chris Whitfield summarize each of the high school soccer state playoff matchups, including why the Coahulla Creek-Buford match could be the most intriguing of the bunch.

The show begins a new segment this week called “Food for Fought,” where the pair individually rank the best of a certain type of food. Wing sauces kicks off the new series, with University of Georgia football coach Mark Richt’s choices leading the discussion.

The weekly podcast, which is recorded at the WTTI-1530 AM studio in Rocky Face, is free for download each Wednesday at daltonnow.com.
